陈枫,博士、教授、BET体育365投注官网副院长。电子科技大学本硕博,国家公派麻省理工学院博士。曾担任哈佛大学,麻省总医院(MGH)研究员,浙江大学金融大数据中心客座研究员,智能传动和控制技术国家地方联合工程研究中心、类脑计算与智能控制重庆市重点实验室学术带头人,IEEE\ACM\CCF会员。
   主要从事信号处理、分布式信息处理、图像处理、异常检测及信息安全估计等方面的研究工作。近年来在包括
IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems、IEEE Internet of Things Journal、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics、IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers、IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems、Information Sciences、Signal Processing、中国物理快报等SCI收录的国际期刊上发表学术论文六十余篇。研究成果曾被Nature China作为突出成果Highlight,并在Nature网站上加以报道。围绕科技成果转化与应用撰写多个决策咨询报告,并分别被国家教育部,重庆市委等部门采用。
   担任国家教育部学位论文通讯评审专家、重庆市科技局\大数据局\公安局评审专家、陕西省科技厅评审专家。担任IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics等三十余个期刊审稿人,多个期刊编委。
   指导学生多次获美国大学生数学建模比赛,TI杯电子设计竞赛,合泰杯电子竞赛奖励,指导学生成功申请国创项目,市创项目多项。指导硕士毕业生十余名。毕业生去向包括伦敦大学学院、浙江大学、华南理工、武汉大学、华中科技大学、电子科技大学、重庆大学深造,以及科大讯飞、中国电科、中国电信、传音科技等企事业单位。
